Yup, that's nearly a Polish flag. Luckily, I don't think there's a single person in this country that thinks it's perfect - in fact, us Poles are famous for bitching about everything even if things are going well.
I would also add: " One, two – ABW’s coming for you Three, four – better lock your door Five, six – grab your crucifix Seven, eight – gonna stay up late Nine, ten – Never sleep again"
